• Approximate location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
• Background location (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION)
• Foreground service location (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION)

• Provide attendance and workforce management features
• Verify check-in/check-out and checkpoint completion
• Prevent false attendance and improve duty compliance
• Display supervisor-level operational dashboards

4. Background Location and Foreground Service Use

Our primary background location feature is Duty Attendance and Checkpoint Verification.

During active duty, staff may move between assigned locations while the app is minimized. Background location and foreground service tracking help verify duty presence and checkpoint completion.

While tracking is active, users can see a persistent notification. Users can grant/deny permissions and change them from device settings.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share data only when necessary:

• With service providers supporting app operations
• With affiliated entities under common control
• For legal compliance and lawful government requests
• During business transfer events
• With your consent where required

We do not sell personal data.
